What is your favorite type of cheese?
I love Parmesan on/in foods. Goat Cheese is probably my favorite though!

Definitely goat cheese. Have you tried all the goat cheese flavors from Trader Joe's? Yum! I love soft cheeses so was really sad when I found out they were a pregnancy no-no food.

I love most cheeses. I think the only one I'm not fond of is bleu, but as I've gotten older it's growing on me a little.
I love brie, camembert, goat, parmesan, gouda, muenster, cheddar. Now I want cheese.

Currently, Cambozola. Back home, I loved Dubliner and Camembert Reny Picot (the best US made Camembert, IMO, but I haven't had it in years).
