Krispy Kreme's Caramel crunch. But it's a pretty long way to a Krispy Kreme. My favourite accessible donut is a toasted coconut cake.

I LOVE donuts. If I had to name one junk food weakness they'd win, hands down. Once, at the end of a sad 6 month period where D and I were split up and not living together there was a transit strike, and he walked 4 miles from his apartment to mine to bring me donuts. The devil's food glazed holes from Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme. Or plain glazed yeasted donut holes. I'll take them regular sized, but I love the holes.

Anything from Buckeye Donuts in Columbus, OH. Since I'm not there often, my backup is the kreme filled from Krispy Kreme or the Irish Cream or Boston Cream from Dunkin.
C and I have donuts every Saturday morning since my husband always works and it seems like a good weekend tradition.

I really want a donut now too! I love pretty much all donuts but my favorites are a simple old fashioned donut, or glazed or sugar raised.

Crullers, sour cream or any cinnamon sugar kind. They only donut I'd turn down is jelly.

But especially the Canadian Maple at Tim Horton's. Its a maple glazed donut with pastry cream inside. YUM. -

We have this fantastic local donut shop and I LOVE everything they have there. If I have to pick favorites though it would be Maple Donuts (my Grandma used to make them for every family gathering so they bring back memories), raspberry jelly filled, or cider donuts.
