I'm also a huge fan of House Hunters, HHS International, and My First Place.

I love Property Brothers, too! And House Hunters international. And Rental Income.
I kind of hate Love it or List it (both versions), but I still get sucked in and watch it.

Property Brothers and Kitchen Cousins. They're so hot!! I feel like I'm cheating on my hubby when I watch them.

Income property and hh international. Though im not a fan of the hhi episodes where they go to some generic beach place and look at identical beach condos. Snooore.

House Hunters International is a favorite of ours. We have about 10 DVR'ed. I liked this show "Bang for Your Buck" but I haven't seen it in awhile.

I like Property Brothers, Love it or List it, Property Virgins, and I love love The High Low Project.
I didn't like Love it or List it originally but it grew on me. The acting is funny.

I love Property Brothers and their new competition show is pretty good as well. They spoke at the home and garden show a few months ago and I got to go. I may have swooned just a little.

I loved Secrets from a Stylist. I wish it would come back! I feel like they don't have very many straight decorating shows anymore

I like House Hunters and HH International even though most of the time I watch the regular one, it makes me seriously hate where I live because it costs a small fortune to buy a decent house here.
I sorta like Love It or List It but often I find the homeowners to be way too demanding.

@rahlyrah: @Anagram: @NavyRN2012: I also don't like Love It or List It. I don't like either of the hosts and especially don't like the real estate guy. He always makes them up their budget significantly and shows them things they either don't want or can't afford. It really annoys me.

I love property brothers and HHI. Right now I've been streaming from HGTV website Sarah's house and Sarah's summer house as I'm nesting cleaning and cooking.

I can't watch HGTV. I just get sad that home ownership is so expensive around here!! Ok ok, every now and then I give in...
