I'm pretty boring and I love vanilla! Occasionally, I like green tea and peppermint! I'm not a fan of really chocolatey ice creams!

Turkey Hill has this special edition Deep Dark Chocolate that is just lovely. Unfortunately we've only been able to find it once.
Before E was born I was all about vanilla, and was meh about chocolate. Now it's the opposite! I also like peanut butter ice cream...I like a scoop of each!

Mint chocolate chip. If it's softserve, then vanilla. The ice cream shop across the street from my office also makes AMAZING cinammon ice cream. It tastes like rice pudding, ha!

I was going to say mint chocolate chip, but when you said peppermint, I remembered this kind I used to get at home called peppermint patty. It was pink with chocolate cover candy canes crunched up ( think chic-fil-a peppermint milk shake, but not melted). Omg.... Yum.

dulce de leche. yum! i love caramel. i don't like a lot of "stuff" in my ice cream, especially nuts and chocolate. i find it confusing to eat with the chewing on the hard stuff and not chewing on the ice cream. i know, i'm weird.
and speaking of ice cream flavors, look at this sign from an ice cream store at rehoboth beach! my dad had the beer flavor and it was surprisingly good!

i had the boston cream pie and it was FREAKING delicious! i wanted to go back for the white wine flavor but didn't get around to it.

I really like cinnamon ice cream, and on Tuesday I bought some chocolate dipped strawberries ice cream that I haven't openned yet. Rose ice cream is good too.

Right now I'm obsessed with Strawberry. I think it's a pregnancy thing cause usually I like chocolate fudge brownie or other chocolatey flavors.

@Mrs. Cowgirl: the ice cream store! So good! I like crack, myself. I was there every weekend we were at the shore this summer. And a double cone - a scoop of peach and a scoop of raspberry.
@Mrs. Bee: if I remember correctly, booger is green vanilla swirled with caramel.

I don't know - it's too hard to choose!! I love trying new flavors at specialty ice cream shops, but at the grocery market I'll usually pick up mint chip or cookies 'n cream. I also really like Breyer's Heath Bar!

@regberadaisy: we love Chinatown Ice Cream Factory too! I find it awesome that their "regular" flavors are red bean, green tea, black sesame, etc... while "exotic" are chocolate and vanilla
Our favorite ice cream (not sorbet!) there is Lychee.

@autumnlove: @NYCaliMama: I haven't been there in soo long! My family lives in Queens so we hardly trek to Chinatown any more. But I know we will when we go back for Chinese New Year! Sadly they will probably be closed then.

@regberadaisy: aww I love NYC Chinatown during CNY! all the dragons and drums.... the confetti and streamers. My DD used to love it when we lived in the city. I remember some businesses still being open, so maybe give it a go if it's not too freezing out then. My DH never turned down CICF even during the winter
