Carrot cake w/cream cheese frosting or lemon cake with buttercream.... But if it's a CUPcake, them red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

Red Velvet with a cooked flour icing, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese, Lemon cake with anything, or plain yellow cake (with either chocolate or vanilla icing, I don't have a preference there).
