if it's cooked, i always get salmon. i love miso glazed salmon like from cheesecake factory. or miso glazed black cod from japanese places.
if it's sashimi - i love yellowtail and butterfish. mmm!

I like to cook cod and salmon, it's easy to do in the oven or on the stovetop. I don't care for really strong fish, like bluefish or swordfish and I like my tuna raw!

Salmon and tilapia are the only things I'm brave enough to cook.

I love haddock (fried or broiled with ritz crackers and butter on top). DH is a commercial fisherman, so we get a lot of very fresh fish, specifically striped bass and bluefin tuna. I also like salmon and swordfish. I guess there are very few I don't like:)

I'm still just dipping my toes in the seafood world, so so far I only cook tilapia.

@autumnlove: yes, so good. Crushed ritz crackers mixed with some butter (like a crumb topping). Add spices as you like! Then bake and broil towards the end to crisp up the top. A restaurant I worked at did it this way. It's been my fave ever since.

A new fish I was introduced to recently was opah, yummy. I little salt and pan fried in a avacodo & garlic oil. Its definitely one of my favorite.

Sole! I LOVE it sooo much. And flounder. With a little bit of lemon it's amazing.
Tilapia, salmon, yellowfin and tuna - I like them all too!!

I'm not sure there is a fish that I *don't* like! I love seafood.
Favorites are tuna, sole (or flounder), salmon, hake, yellowfin.

favorite to cook is Salmon because it doesn't smell and its super easy...
But favorite to eat is Catfish....sorry but i'm lovin' mine deep fried and Cajun spicy! -
