I do not enjoy cooking that much, but I suppose I like making potato salad because I am obsessed with potato salad.

oooh, what's your favorite potato salad recipe?
I like to cook spaghetti with meat sauce the best. I don't always feel like eating after I've cooked but I always want to eat that.

@Mrs. Bee: Do you put corn in your potato salad? I love corn in it.

@Andrea: as simple as egg, potatoes, and mayo. i've tried many varieties, and just come back to what's simple. every single time i make it, someone asks me for the recipe!
do you make the sauce from scratch? i make spaghetti with meat sauce using prego and it's delicious!

@Rubies: no but i do like the sweet korean style potato salad. i can't eat as much of it though like i can my salty-ish potato salad.

@Andrea: Spaghetti and meat sauce is one of my comfort foods.

@Mrs. Bee: have you tried dijon mustard in it? I make pasta salad a lot and it's just pasta, egg, mayo and dijon. Adding celery is good, too, for a crunch.
It is semi from scratch. I do use canned tomato sauce, tomato paste, and pre-packaged spaghetti seasoning. I also put in fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Then it's ground turkey usually for the meat. Sometimes I'll cut up hot dogs and stick them in, too. And then I use Trader Joe's spaghetti. I think that one is the best!

Probably soups, especially in the fall/winter...not even a particular kind of soup (although butternut squash and baked potato are definite favorites)...I just really enjoy making just soups in general.
And there's a few bread recipes I have that I really really love to make...an old-fashioned white, sweet potato rolls (I'm expected to bring them to every family gathering, lol), and biscuits.

I love to cook, period. If only I had more time to do it these days....but I guess if I were to pick, any kind of stir fry. It's super easy and fast. Just a bit greasy to clean up around the stove. And, I LOVE potato salad! One of my favorite foods out there!

@bluestriped bee: you make your own pasta?? I've never made pasta from scratch! Do you have a pasta maker?
I like making anything someone else will clean up;) for real though, I like making chili or anything where I get to pretty much throw a bunch of ingredients in a pot and not worry about measuring things and it comes out yummy!
