I always buy fuji apples because it's what I grew up eating. They're sweet too so the kids like them. But I also like Honeycrisps and Granny Smiths!

Honeycrisp, for sure! Then Fuji. Then Royal Gala. But I tend to only buy honeycrisp and fuji.

Honeycrisp is my favorite! and they're so much bigger! I've also noticed organic apples are 2-3x the size of conventional... weird!

Opal, pink lady, honeycrisp, and gala. They have to very crisp, juicy, and slightly tart!
I found opals a couple years ago and they're my perfect apple, but only grown in Yakima, Wa right now..

Honeycrisp! But they're hard to find, have a short season, and are usually expensive. So I usually get galas.
