I don't care about the chips as long as something is there!

Mmmmm thick and chewy with chocolate chips! Me want cooookies om nom nom!

Homemade...thick...but not chewy--gooey...like, almost not cooked all the way doughy-gooey. Hell yes. I have an unhealthy obsession with chocolate chip cookies. I was Mrs. Fields for this project we had to do in 5th grade. I also found a time capsule from 2000 that said my dream job would be a "cookie tester" and my favorite food was cookie dough...sigh.

Thick and chewy with chunks. This thread is so not fair to pregnant women who are living in houses that have no cookies in them.

@littlebittyhouse: haha, thanks. I have no self-control, so it's for the best ... but damn they sound good!

Homemade, chewy and chunks! DH likes them best with a cakey texture and prefers one particular store-bought brand. I don't get it.

Whatever kind is in front of me. I have love for them all! But there is something crave worthy about a homemade, soft, chunky one!

@littlebittyhouse: Awesome, will look forward to it : ) I WAS trapped under sleeping baby, but transferred her to her crib and she's not sleeping anymore. Boo.

I love the recipes from NY Times and the Bouchon Bakery cookbook! (I just made a double batch of the latter.)

@littlebittyhouse: Lol can't mess with that kind of perfection.

Fresh baked and under-cooked. MMM. The chocolately-ness of them varies with my mood. They should fall apart on their way to your mouth. I can't stand cruchy cookies. Oreos are my exception to that rule.

Thick and chewy with crispy edges... even better if they have walnuts in them. I really like the cookies from The Doubletree... yum~

@Mrs. High Heels: ooh the doubletree cookies are so good! Love checking in to that hotel.
Thick, chewy, homemade and no preference on chip size.
