Last month I only walked during the tww because I read so many mixed reviews about working out while ttc. I felt sluggish and bloated by the end of the two weeks because I dropped my activity level...and I definitely stressed myself out. I used to do the Insanity workouts/high intensity cardio before my wedding, but I have definitely tapered off on that while ttc. This month I promised myself I'd keep up my jogging/lifting/ab work, but now that I just started the tww- I'm getting nervous to do certain things!
What is your take on exercise during tww/ttc?
