I love, love, love a sharp white cheddar. I can eat a whole block of it in one sitting.

@Rubies: that's my pick too!!! My parents used to go to Vermont for a weekend every fall and they were under strict instruction to bring me back lots of sharp white Vermont cheddar! Soooo good.

My fave right now is sharp white cheddar too!!! Beecher's flagship cheese (Seattle company that is also Oprah's favorite). It is kind of pricey but then I saw huge wedges at Costco and I was practically skipping out of the store. But really I LOVE all cheese...my dream would be to work in a cheese shop

Uh this thread makes me miss living in NYC and going to Murray's cheese shop! I also love a good parm. Break off a piece and wrap it in soppressata. Delish!

I have a mega-weakness for Brie and Camembert. I would order anything on a menu that had Brie in it.

Mild cheddar for me. That's the only kind I will even touch, I have to buy DH his own sharp cheddar cheese because it grosses me out haha. I do love some white cheddar popcorn though,.

i love cheese! from mild crappy mozzarella string cheese all the way to stinky fancy camembert...and cheese with truffles...mmmm cheese. my parents hate cheese, so i had to learn to like it and now i can't get enough!
