I was on 2 week disposables, but my doc switched me a monthly disposable today.
I've tried one-a-days and hated them.

ETA: They are monthly contact lenses.

I wear dailies. I think Acuvue TruEye. Love them! So nice to be able to throw them away at the end of the day and cuts infection risk!

I wear dailies too. I think mine are Acuvue Moist One-a-Days. I've worn them for years. My eyes get too gross with longer wear ones. I like them a lot.

@Amelieisme: I wear Acuvue TruEye as well. I like the convenience, but they're kind of pricey! I'm thinking I may try to switch to a weekly or monthly at my next checkup.

@mrsjyw: why did you hate the dailies? I wear monthly ones but I've been thinking of changing to dailies because I feel like by the end of the month they get kind of gross (even though I'm good about cleaning). But I don't know about the difference in expense, etc. yet...

@mrsjyw: aww, boooo. I'm nervous about switching anyway because I've had the same brand since I started wearing contacts. I love them at the beginning of the month, they just seem less nice at the end, haha.

Acuvue Oasis w/ astigmatism, 2-week ones although I stretch them out a little longer usually.

I wear gas permeables (hard contacts) and change them like every 4/5 years depending on how flat they get.

Acuvue Oasys dailies... I can't do the weeklys or longer... my special eyes always mess them up!

Acuvue moist dailies. I really hope to get LASIK in the next year or two. I've been sticking contacts in my eyes for 20 years now!
