We had Incipios, but that didn't stop my phone from cobweb-cracking when it was dropped screen down onto the pavement.

After shelling out over $100 to get my screen fixed (and voiding my Apple warranty--which was good for nothing anyway) I bought us both Otterbox Defenders (they were on sale on Amazon). DH is especially thrilled with it, because he works in a warehouse with concrete floors, and he's clumsy (he's still in shock that I broke mine before he did). This case is huge! But hopefully it's actually protect it. Only thing I really don't like is that it won't fit in my pocket, but I can live with tossing it in my purse/diaper bag/stroller cup holder.
