Brown, white, wild?
I love jasmine rice but we switched over to brown rice for my DH's diet.

Depends on what I'm making? I mostly make brown rice, but I also keep arborio, purple, sweet, and sushi on hand.

@bluestriped bee: There's this black rice that you mix with white rice and it turns the rice purple! It's pretty fun to eat cause it's so pretty. Sometimes I'll add VERY little of the black rice and it's a nice shade of lavendar.

@chopsuey119 Louisianans like to put beans in their rice too. Red beans and rice is a staple Cajun meal. My hubby grew up in Louisiana and when we met he introduced me to all sorts of new foods.
