I like regular tomato sauce and Alfredo...I haven't really tried a whole lot of other ones.

I love making penne a la vodka but with fat free half & half instead of heavy cream. Also, minus the vodka because I'm cheap!

I like tomato, alfredo, curry, pesto, um....... I've even enjoyed the occasional seasfood sauce, although I'm not really a fan of seafood.

I make a great vodka sauce. DH actually said that its better than the sauces that he's had in Little Italy! My favorite is alfredo sauce but its hit and miss when I have it out. I like it the best when I make it myself.
