My DDs (2.5 and 4.5) are used to sleeping in a shared room with dimmer lights and a glass door to the hallway....ie., not a very dark room. Their new (separate) bedrooms get REALLY dark at night, and plug in nightlights aren't cutting it. I've been leaving their closet lights on, but this is killing my electricity bill.

If you use a low light bedside or floor lamp of some sort as a night light, I'd love to see it/hear where you bought it! Bonus points for pink, purple, penguins, or doggies. I'm even wondering about some kind of battery-operated LED marquee light, but I think most of those switch off on a timer.
