We have this wonderful 50's brick that is probably a 2x8 then wood horizontal siding that's this horrible brown. We're going to repaint that probably in the fall to a gunmetal gray to match our new front door.

It's a pretty boring tan brick lol. I do love that the entire house is brick, not just the front and half-sides like you see in Texas sometimes.

Boring beige vinyl siding. Most of the homes around here are sided. I grew up in a neighborhood that was all old homes with brick and I miss it!

Vinyl siding. I loathe vinyl siding. We're moving into our new home in 3 weeks so it's not a big deal now.

Half brick, half siding. The front of the house is brick but the back is siding. We actually had to replace a bunch of rotted siding when we bought the house and had it all repainted. It looks MUCH better now. I kinda wish it was all brick though. I am not a huge fan of siding.

Brick and Masonite. I think we swapped out the Masonite for something "sturdier" two years ago because the Masonite would chip if a weed eater hit it.

We have vinyl siding. I don't hate it...most of the houses out here are stucco which is fine but when that's all you ever see, its kind of boring. A lot of houses in our neighborhood have brick, which I love. Ours is just one of the houses w/o the brick 
Oh well.
