Looking at getting my 2.5 year old an ok to wake clock, but not sure which one to get. Which one do you have? Do you find the concept actually works?

We have the one from target. We introduced it around 2.5 after we moved her to her big girl bed and after a few days she started coming out like 6 times during nap. It works really well. She always says "I can come out after my clock turns green, right mama?" Every time I leave the room. Lol. She's a pretty good rule follower, so she hasn't had much problem listening to her clock. Lol

We have this stoplight clock (https://www.amazon.com/Stoplight-Sleep-Enhancing-Alarm-Sports/dp/B002TKLN46). It seemed like the concept was easy to grasp and the sun/moon one we originally bought seemed to scare our son. The key for us in getting this to work was to set it at the time the child is already waking (like 4 or 5 am) until they get the concept and then move it later by 10 or 15 minutes every few days until you reach the desired wake time.

The Good Nite Lite from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002N4IN0U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's working so far. Our issue was LO was waking up way too early. The first few nights I would tell him he had to go back to sleep because the sun was still asleep, and it's worked!

We have the Gro clock. It works great, although I wish it had a different setting for weekends. My son likes the book it comes from and it's easy to remind him that he has to stay in bed until the sun wakes up or he won't have enough energy, just like Percy Pig.
