I always clip nails too! DH just never thinks about it.

I honestly can't think of anything else we are uneven on. We try really hard to pull our weight equally. I know when i was breastfeeding that was a big one, but he helped out a lot in other ways.

ETA: I do all the cooking! DH helps clean up more than I do though so it evens out. He gets home late, so that's the only way it works.

I do all daycare pick-ups because I get home earlier. He changes most diapers/potty-training because he gets him ready in the morning, and parents him on the weekends when I work.

It really all evens out in the end! He may do more of one thing, and I another - but I feel pretty equal in parenting and other aspects!

-baths

Nail clipping over here too! I also do 99% of the shopping but he packs lunches

Nail clipping and baths are my thing.

I definitely do a large majority of the parenting tasks, but I SAH and he works long hours. But in terms of weekends or whatever when we are both home, I am the only one who has ever cut her nails. I do 98% of baths (he gave her bath all by himself tonight for the first time ever). I plan and prepare her meals and feed at least 75% of them when he is here.

It's definitely not equal if you only look at parenting tasks, but if you asked me to manage our finances it wouldn't be so pretty.

The only thing that really bothers me is when he acts like he earned a medal by changing a poopy diaper.

About the only thing DH doesn't do is nail clipping. He can't even do the animal's nails. The man isn't home much, but when he is, he pulls his weight.

Dh has never once clipped nails. He doesn't get up MOTN either!

He started helping with, and now will do solo, baths maybe 5-6 months ago?

DH does all baths and drop offs and a majority of the diaper changes because LO is a wrestler right now.
I do all meal prep and pick ups. We share everything else.

I SAH so most of the parenting stuff is my domain. Not that DH doesn't do a lot though - he gets the LOs breakfast and dinner, unless he is running late, changes diapers, all that stuff.

But things he has never done:

Bought an item of clothing for either LO (maybe picked something out in the store, but has never gone - oh, they need new socks!)
Nail clipping
Made a doctor appointment
Nose Frieda

I do all baths, grooming and night time routine/bottle, except for the occasion I am out to an early dinner or something. Maybe 1-2 times a month.

I do all dishes, laundry, cleaning, restocking, shopping for baby. I do all of that for us too

He does first feeding every morning so he can see our son before he leaves for the day, since he may not see him at night. Which I don't mind because I get to sleep till 8am every day!

But I do any wakeup before 6am. (Which is fine since his wakeups now are rare and take 30 seconds to just flip him back to his back and stick in a paci)

We both do diapers, other daytime feedings, and general entertainment of the baby pretty equally when we're both home. Obviously I do more of that stuff overall since I'm still home with him for the time being, but I don't count that because that's just the way it is. I consider it pretty even when we're both around.

All in all, I'm very happy with how our duties have fallen into place. I would not have said that 3-4 months ago. We were so shell shocked from about 0-3 months and I felt like I was always drowning. My husband didn't know what he was doing and was nervous, plus I was afraid to ask for help because I felt it was all my job. He finally got comfortable and I grew a set to ask for help and the duties just sort of naturally fell into place. I feel very lucky to have a husband who is so involved as a father. I have many friends whose husbands never changed a single diaper!

I do MOTN, actually all feedings since I EBF.

DH does all hair and nail cutting.

We are not even at all, but I don't view that as a bad thing or a sign that one of us isn't an involved parent.

I would say the only thing that's truly uneven is that i handle all of LO's EI and therapies. It was my job since I was on leave but I'll continue to coordinate that when I'm back at work. The other stuff we split as much as possible, especially now that I'm going back to work. Obviously i handled more since i was at home all day but that makes sense.

When DS was a nb/infant, DH did all the nail trimming. Now I do them 100%.

We've been potty training the last couple of weeks, and let's just say DH hasn't washed a dirty butt! Thank goodness DS is trained!

DH is the playmate and also the one who carries/carseats/etc. DS.

For the most part, DH does everything else I do that he can when he's home.

It's mostly 50/50, I think.

I do all the nail cutting, shopping (diapers/clothing), and appointment making (though he comes to the appointments).

He does all the snot sucking. He also does all the drop-offs/pick-ups. Everything else is split!

I do the nails (like 5 times in her entire life) and haircuts.
I do daycare drop off and pick up.

He does more diapers/pullups on weekends.

DH is the manicurist in our family. I haven't done it once because I'm scared.

I do all the Nose Frieda-ing because DH thinks it's gross. I do most of the medicine administering because I'm a little gentler about squirting it into their mouths. When DH is home he changes most of the poop diapers. I try to deal with MOTN wake ups myself, although if they both wake up DH rocks one while I nurse the other. He does most of the bottle making while I feed them (they take bottles from me better). I put them down for naps, although the few times that DH is on his own with both he manages just fine! It just goes smoother for me (because boobs). I pick out their clothes! We each have our own things, but it feels pretty even.

DH does 100% of the cooking.

I do 90% of bed time, for now...

Haha DH never ever will attempt to cut her nails either! I do little things like pack diaper bag, restock all her stuff, etc..
