It seems like he may have broken out in hives. He has not had anything new to eat today that I can think of and he is in great spirits and not scratching. Rash is on his face/upper chest and has been moving around in the form of reddish blotches and teeny tiny white welts. Does anyone know what this might be? He is 2 years and 3 months old

B gets hives sometimes. Our pedi said it's nothing to worry about and often times it's near impossible to determine what caused them.

Hugs. My LO 2 had some hives a few weeks ago withnno other symptoms. The advice nurse told me it was probably viral.

Thanks everyone! They seem to have cleared up now. Very bizarre since he never gets them.
