Several questions: where do you live (this is for weather purposes - I wouldn't tell you to wear open-toed shoes with these if you live in Minnesota or somewhere cold - but if you're in Ca orFL that's different.)
Are you looking to buy new shoes to go with both dresses or wear something from your wardrobe?
When are these weddings?

I think if you want to re-use accessories you can wear the same earrings & shoes and actually purse with both of these, but the black dress will need a necklace and I wouldn't wear one with the glittery dress.
I would choose a color for the shoes & purse - and actually maybe a pretty solid colored pashmina, too. Maybe a plum/raspberry or a deep teal if these are winter weddings? And some nice drop earrings with a bit of a sparkle. You could also go black on the accessories but that may be kind of boring with the black dress.

@Chastenet: Thinking ahead its for a summer wedding. One in NY ( black dress) and Texas (gold)
I'm willing to buy new accessories for these dresses. Thats why I'm looking now

@bunnylove08: For the gold dress, I'd do earrings in a fun color like emerald or jade but nothing else in terms of accessories. The sparkle is enough. Maybe black strappy sandals. The shoes that the model is wearing actually work really well.
For the black one, I think you would need a necklace with that neckline. I'd go with a metallic sandal with that one (which one depends on the jewelry you choose).
For both, I'd do a simple black clutch.

@MrsKoala: I was thinking pearls with the black one would be that make me look too old?

@bunnylove08: Hmm.. I don't think I would do pearls with black lace unless they had some edge to them like this one: http://www.renttherunway.com/shop/designers/short_jewelry/entwinedpearlandchainnecklace
Maybe a smaller statement type necklace with some color to it like this?

@bunnylove08: Ok, in that case I would definitely say an open-toed, strappy sandal for both dresses with a matching clutch and pashmina for the ceremony. I would agree with MrsKoala that black would look nice with the first dress, but if you don't want two different sets of new accessories I think one solid color would work with both dresses. Scratch my previous color suggestions though since those are winter colors.
Maybe something like this? http://www.zappos.com/calvin-klein-vivian-light-purple-kid-suede

@bunnylove08: pretty dresses!!! I think a clean, high, nude colored pump would look great with the gold dress! Maybe a large stud "diamond" earring. They would just complement such a dazzling dress!
Idk pearls would be too old with the black dress at all! Again, I'd do a clean black heels without too many embellishments.

I would avoid pearls with the black dress . . . and I wouldn't do a necklace, either. Instead, I would opt for large/chandelier earrings and a statement-ish bracelet!

I agree with @MsLipGloss: no necklace with the black dress. Earrings and bracelet is all that is needed

@shopaholic: I agree- nude pumps with the gold dress and not much else.
@MsLipGloss: And I agree with you too - skip the necklace and find some awesome earrings.
