Hi all-- I am going to a fairly swanky wedding in a few weeks and am planning to wear this dress: https://factory.jcrew.com/womens-clothing/dresses/partydresses/PRDOVR~E1395/E1395.jsp what type of shoes should I wear? The dress is navy and gold and initially I thought I'd buy some gold shoes but the gold on the dress is pretty shiny in person so wondering if gold shoes would be overkill? Thoughts? Any/all suggestions welcome

I think gold would be ok or maybe just a nude to match your skin tone and elongate your legs

If it's gold I'd just go for really skinny straps so they don't scream "hey we're gold too!!" Otherwise pewter or black?

I think a nude would be cute. Otherwise I'd go for a black thin strap heel. I think a thin strap gold could be cute too, but wouldn't be my first choice.

I would go with black or nude pumps. I think gold shoes might be too much gold.
