I was a DD pre preg, an E at the end of pregnancy, and now a DDD/EE/F. Blah. My band size is still a 36, but a 38 is more comfy. I've had to buy all new bras and sports bras.
For anyone looking, Lane Bryant has no wire bras! The satin one is very comfy and breast pads aren't noticeable in them

I was a B pre preg and went to a D during pregnancy. I'm breastfeeding and my nursing bras are all Bs but my pre pregnancy VS bras are too small, so I guess a fuller B than before?

@mrsjyw: Exact same as you!!! I actually really like the D lol...I think it looks really good when I wake in the morning and they're all full/engorged and I told Dh that when we're done having kids I want implants to be a D! We both loved my 34Cs, but also both love my Ds:-).

I went from a prepregnancy full "C+" to about a D when my milk came in. Now, about one year after stopping breastfeeding I am maybe a "C-".

I was wearing an A before I got pregs, then was a C during pregnancy and now am a D/E depending on the brand. I like them but I still think they look small when I look down. Then I see pictures of myself and its like, oh they ARE big!

Wore a 34C pre-preg, wore a 36DD pregnant and now wear a 36D pp.

Before DS1 I was a B (and omg, I loved my boobs haha). During pregnancy with him I went up to a D and they've stayed there through breastfeeding him, another pregnancy, and now breastfeeding DS2....though one is smaller than the other because he doesn't nurse as much on that side lol. I really miss my Bs though, they were so prefect.

I was a 34b pre-preg, 34d during pregnancy, and a 34dd after my milk came in. A big change!

I don't even know. Giant.
I was a 34DD pre-pregnancy, and I'm guessing now I'm probably an F or G. I've been wearing all cotton nursing bras since part way through my pregnancy. They come in XS-XL. I have the XLs and even they are small since my milk came in. I'm not a fan of these gigantic boobs...none of my pre-preg tops fit

@hergreenapples-none of my dresses zip up past the middle of my back

@blackbird: Tell me about it! We have a wedding to go to next weekend and finding something to wear was such a PITA. I fit into my pre-preg jeans yesterday (!) and tried to wear them with a top that used to be loose and flowy and it was way too tight across my boobs. So freaking annoying. Going to Target and Old Navy this afternoon to get some bigger tops.

Oh man I feel for you-good luck finding a dress! You might have better luck buying like a size 16 and having it tailored-at least it'll fit your chest

A little over a year later and I'm back to fitting in my old bras!
But I was a 38G just before having J and they got even bigger when my milk came in I had been a 34C prior.
Now I'm a 36D.
pear / 1895 posts
@MamaJ: exactly the same. B pre-preg, D during pregnancy, B now, but fuller. Like, they don't stick out any further, but they're more round.

pre-preg I was a 34C . After I had DS I was a 36D and now that I've lost some weight, I think I need a 34DD. I can tell the 36 band width is too loose for me for the cup size is right.

Aaahhh.. this has added to my worry: I'm 7 months pregnant and my boobs really haven't gotten much bigger. I'm still wearing all of my pre-preg bras. I'm maybe filling them out a bit better, but definitely haven't gone up a size at all. I'm really hoping to breastfeed - I hope they'll get bigger and productive once the baby is born!

The SA at Nordstroms "fitted" me and I still don't believe the measurements she gave me: 32DD/34D. I have friends with implants that size and they are MUCH bigger than I am! But I am kind of overflowing the 34C nursing bra I got.
Pre-baby - 34B.
@PrincessBaby: Ditto! I'm kind of liking it! It doesn't look as overwhelming as I'd ever thought a "D" would. I always tell DH after #2, we'll see what the girls look like - I might need to keep these C/D's!

Pre baby I was 36C. Grew to 36 DD during pregnancy and am now 36E nursing. My boobs are ridiculous.

34A during my pregnancy and 36C or D right now.

@Ellie: don't worry--breast size/growth has nothing to do with breast feeding success.
hostess / watermelon / 14932 posts
@Ellie: my boobs didn't grow a smidge during pregnancy, and I've been EBFing for 8 months now (next week) - no worries!! I also had a super oversupply for a long time.
hostess / watermelon / 14932 posts
oops forgot to answer the question! my pre-preg were 36C and they still are.
honeydew / 7917 posts
I was a 34A, and while breastfeeding it changed to a 36B. It doesn't sound like much of a difference but huge to me since I have always been so small.
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
When I was Bf they were 34dd. When I stopped they went back to 32b. But flatter. I have a small chest so going to that big was insane. They were porno boobs.
squash / 13764 posts
@SleepyMonkey: ha same! I was a 32 B pre preg, 32DD during preg, and now a 34 DD (when measured at 8 wks pp anyway, don't know what I am now). It still surprises me how big they are when I try to put on certain tops or look at pictures--I miss my small chest!
squash / 13764 posts
@winniebee: same! When my milk came in it was out of control. I looked like i had cantaloupes glued to my chest.

I have flat droopy pancakes after I feed her and yet they are still D or DD.

Thanks @digapony and @sorrycharlie - I had heard that breast size made no difference, but everyone I knew has had their breasts increase in size and my lack of increase was starting to worry me.

@PrincessBaby: hahahah us too, dh's only complaint is that they're not all "his" right now. LOL he's an only child, so I tell him he has to learn to share. And yes to the post-baby mama makeover!

I was a 34DD before pregnancy, when breastfeeding I was a 36F, now I'm wearing a 36DDD.
pomelo / 5524 posts
I was a full 34D pre pregnancy, then went up to an extremely full 34DD (probably should have went to E but didn't want to buy all new bras for a second time). Stayed around the same during the time I breastfed, and now I'm a regular 34D...a tad smaller than I was pre pregnancy. I'd say I enjoy that, but they look more like partially deflated balloons now :o(
pear / 1837 posts
I was a 32DD before pregnancy, was up to a 36F at the end of pregnancy, and then was a 34/36G for most of LO's first year... I kept waiting for them to deflate, but LO is 2 now and I'm still a 34G! I'm pregnant again and I'm terrified of them growing- I do not want them to get any bigger!
GOLD / eggplant / 11517 posts
I don't know, really. I have yet to find a bra that fits comfortably in band and cup size.
I'm guessing I'm a 42 DD since the biggest I've been able to convince myself to purchase is a 40 D and it is still not the right fit in either cup size or band size.
pear / 1570 posts
I think I am a solid 36C no and before I was a 34/36 barely B. I hope these stick around! I told DH if they leave he is going to have to get me pregnant again!
clementine / 994 posts
I was a 32B prepreg and went all the way up to a 34DD while breastfeeding. The consultant who measured me said I'd fit better in a 32E, but they didn't carry that size.
