I think my LO will still be in Size 4 when we start early next year around 26-27 months.

@wheres_c: LO thinned out a little around the waist and I'm going back to smaller sizes......some 12 and 18 month pants!

@wheres_c: haha...thankfully diaper size isn't an indicator for when to start potty training!
My son is currently in 4s and I am not even contemplating PT for the next few months. He hasn't been gaining a ton of weight though (he actually still wears pants that he wore LAST CHRISTMAS!) so I think he will be in 4s for awhile. He does wear 5s overnight though.

Geesh! C is 10 months old and has been in size 4s for two or three months already!

@jessibear: we normally use cloth so maybe I'm buying the wrong size when we use disposables....they look snug but we had a blowout when I borrowed a size 5 disposable. She is 27 lbs, 33 "

LO is in size 4's at 23 lbs. He's long and lean with a big tummy. I'm thinking that he'll be 4's for awhile and probably in 5's or Pull Ups by the end we potty train.

@autumnlove: It doesn't sound like you're buying the wrong size to me! I've always heard that babies stay in 4s forever, too. Just surprising to see her in the same size as the "big kids." I don't want my baby to grow up!

She did stay in 4's for a long time. But we found that the pull ups don't hold poo that well so we went up to 5's and at night she's a heavy wetter so we went up there as well.

My 15 month old is in 4s right now, and I'm worried that we will outgrow the sizes available before he is ready to potty train.

DD was in size 4 at almost 2.
DS is in 4s and I don't plan on moving him up anytime soon.

Well DD is a giant and is size 5s. I have even been thinking that she is almost ready to move up to a six. She's about 27lbs and 36".

DS1 was in 3's. He was 2 years 9 months.
DS2 is in 4's now at 23 months. I don't see him outgrowing 4's before potty learning.

@bpcmarj: Yea my 2 year old is over 30lbs. There is no way she would comfortably fit in 4's any more!

My DS is gonna be in 4s forever... So 4s for potty training. DD was in 5s at the time.
