Size 1. We just bought a pack of NB, but they were sooooo tight and left marks in her belly and legs. The ones are much better.

i'd go with size 1--less chance of leaking or blowouts. we knew we had stayed with a size too long when we got a few leaks.

We went to size 1's and they were huge on her but the newborn were soo tight on her chunky thighs.

We went to size 1's pretty early as well. We had less blowouts. Granted, we still had them but not as frequently

@Jennimac: they look huge on them but I think he's more comfortable!

Size 1! The crotch area looks baggy when it's dry but once it fills up, it won't be so baggy anymore.

So far, we've been moving her up when it seems kind of close and it's just about time to buy new diapers. We figure, if we buy the size up, and they are too big, we just save them and buy a small pack of the smaller. If we buy a bunch of the smaller ones and they quickly become too small, they we still have to buy the big ones and can't use the little ones.

Size 1! I think we switched over to 1's at about 9 lbs. They look big at first, but then a few days later you'll accidentally grab a NB size dipe that got left behind in your diaper bag and wonder how LO ever fit in something so small!
