I look at Facebook multiple times a day, and post a few times per week. I really dislike it though and would delete it if it wasn't for so many of my relatives and long distance friends using it.
Like Instagram but I'm a light user.
Pinterest, I go in phases, but I'm really into it! Today was a Pinterest day for sure!
ETA: I have twitter but go weeks without looking at it. I find it most useful during major news events, like election results. -
FB and Pinterest regularly. I tweet occasionally from my personal account, but I do look at Twitter regularly for breaking news and trending topics.
For work I use FB, Twitter & Tumblr.

I have accounts for all of them (except maybe not tumblr, I can't remember) but I only regularly use Facebook and Instagram, and occasionally use Pinterest.

I use Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. I have used Tumblr in the past but didn't really get into it and I can't really seem to get into Twitter. Lately I think FB is really annoying most of the time but I just can't stop.

I look at and update IG often. I have FB but definitely post as often. I check it regularly though. I have and live Pinterest but its an off and on thing for me.

I about to close my FB at some point, but glad I didn't. Staying away for a few months helped.

Facebook mainly followed by Pinterest. I skim through Twitter when I'm bored and have already scrolled through the two previously mentioned.

Regularly: FB, Twitter & Pinterest plus I have a blgo that I haven't been good about updating since LO was born. I never got into Instagram. I think I'm a little private for that.
