I keep singing "I wanna scream and shout and let it all out," which according to the google is by will.i.am and Britney Spears. It might be the stupidest song ever, but I had to sit through it this morning to hear the traffic report after! Boo.

@Mrs. Pen: I'm a little bit ashamed to admit I've never much paid attention to the lyrics...the only part I ever remember is "mumble mumble mumble I'll carry you home..." and then the chorus. I feel ya on avoiding popular music...I put on the Billboard Hits station on Songza when I was cooking dinner last night and changed it to an Oldies station after about 2 songs.

That is the first verse. They're doing drugs and getting high and I don't know exactly what half of it means but it sounds like the guy was beating his lover and then trying to make up with her?!?! idk... irks me and rubs me the wrong way!!! Then my nanny kids (5 year olds!) started singing if and it made me so uncomfortable! I am all about censoring music

@chopsuey119: oh gosh. DS only knew "toooniggggght we are yooooung" and he would sing it over and over again. I never played it in front of him but he actually heard it first when we were at a restaurant, then in the grocery store, ugh. He caught on quick!
Right now, I don't have the title (haven't googled it yet) but it's like, "I belong with you, you belong with me. You're my sweetheart". It's catchy.

@belleoftheballe: The Bubble Guppies theme song is always stuck in my head! So is Creature Report and we don't even watch that show. I don't know what the deal is.
