I wake my 3 and 4 year old up at 7 (they are in bed by 8 each night), but it still seems so early--they are so cranky most mornings!

Mine naturally wakes up at 7ish, goes to bed at 830 and still takes a nap most days. She is also highly unpleasant in the morning because she is hangry. I have like a 2 minute window from when she wakes up until she starts throwing a fit.

B goes to bed at 7:30 and on weekdays we wake him up at 6, which I hate to do because he's so grumpy and sleepy. On weekends he wakes up on his own sometime between 6 and 7. He still takes a nap.

I think she's up between 5 and 530 but is no longer allowed out of her room before 615. Bedtime is also 8 and the only thing that keeps her in room all night is the promise of a jelly bean in the am.

Lately he sleeps about 830pm (in bed by 8 but he lies awake for a bit) to 730am or so. He naps 2pm-330ish. Trying to move that earlier but that's when DD has her second nap and I love when they nap at the same time, haha.

My 3.3 year old wakes up naturally at 7.30 on weekends, maybe later if it has been a late night. Weekdays we always have to rouse him at 7/7.15 and he's often unhappy about it!! He goes to bed way too late though. If daycare give him longer than an hour nap, he's up until 10pm wanting books and to play. I pray this is a phase and soon he will go to bed earlier! He seems to still want the nap during the day

30 month old is in bed between 730-8pm. He wakes anywhere from 630am-7am, but we don't get him until 7am-ish. He lays in his bed and sings to himself. It's our alarm.

My 3 and 5 year olds go to bed about 8, and wake up between 5-630. Neither one naps. I think they need more sleep but don't know how to get there - we used to do earlier bedtime, 630-7, and they would often wake up before 5.

He's usually up by 6:15. Sometimes I'm lucky if he sleeps in until 7, but the baby has been up at 5 for he past few days.
He goes to bed @ 8:30.9
Wakes @ 6:15
Naps 1:00-3 ( although I'm not sure if he actually sleeps every day)
