LO had a very short and useless afternoon nap and is now soooo exhausted. I'm just waiting until the last possible second but it looks like she's going to bed at 5:15pm!

Hopefully around 8. We had a difficult time with the bedtime routine the last couple of weeks, but so far this week we've been back on track. Hopefully we can stick with it!

She fell asleep around 6:45! She was tired tonight.

LO went down at 6pm. We were on a red-eye flight last night/this morning and he only slept ~5 hrs total overnight but slept 5 hours from 7am - bedtime. We were on PST for the past week so at least he has adjusted easily back to EST (although a later wake up would be awesome).

10pm. We have another feeding session at 9, then she's going to her bassinet and I'm getting into bed.

DS went to bed around 7:30 tonight. Bedtime is usually at 7:00 but we've been a little off since moving.
