I'm giving the girls stuff away by the bag. Man, I hope this is a boy!

The really nice stuff, I give to friends who have complimented the various outfits and have baby girls. The day to day stuff, I've been giving to trainees who are happy for free anything. I could also take stuff to Kid to Kid, but our stuff is either worn really hard after two girls or really nice. We have very little in between!

I sell them on a local facebook group.

We have kids consignment stores here, and that is my first stop because it is low hassle (no meeting or shipping or scheduling with other people) and then either give the rest away or take to goodwill.

@blackbird: there are a bunch with the clothes in their original form, still intact. I have a tub of my son's clothes saved for this, but I am not sure when I'll get to it.

I plan to donate what I don't save for future babies to a local shelter for women and children.

@blackbird: I've done it different ways at different times (depending on motivation levels and luck!). I sold DS's 3-9 months clothes as a bundle, even though I had listed the items individually someone wanted it all and offered a fair price. For DD, I managed to sell her 0-3 month clothes as a bundle, but I haven't had as much luck with the rest of her stuff. I tend to list things individually because I know that as a buyer, I prefer to pick and choose.

I sold the stuff of Cs that I wanted to get rid of in bundles by size.

I'm in this boat too, we have two girls and are done. As #2 is outgrowing items or they aren't useable due to seasonality, I have no desire to store them any longer. For everyone saying to sell. How did you price your items?

I'd prefer not to do a resale/consignment as the only one we have is Kid to Kid and I'm not impressed with their stuff so I wouldn't want the store credit.

@blackbird: I wish we knew if we were having a girl or boy. I saw all your posts. What brand is the ruffled sleeper in the newborn size in the lower right photo? I'm curious about the brand if we have a girl. Thank you.

@blackbird: Yep, that's a familiar sight!! It feels so good going to the post office and shipping the off!! lol

We have a twice a year consignment sale that I did in the fall... Actually wasn't too impressed by it so I think I'll stick to selling online. Make more money that way but it's more effort. I like to sell on HB classifieds. I have sold some stuff on eBay .. It's just more work.

I like to list things individually. As I take photos, I have a notebook nearby where I write a description abd size. Helps me keep organized when posting.

@MamaG: I would do 25-50% of msrp ... Depending on brand and type of item. Or generally I do $1-$3 per item.
