We are having our basement finished finally! The drywalling is happening over the next couple of weeks. I work from home but am in and out a lot.
I'm nervous about the dogs! The one is a pup so when I go out, he will be in his cage in our bedroom. The other usually just wanders the house. The guys coming said it was fine and they'd make sure she didn't get out.. but that's making me nervous! She's only 4 pounds and so little.. she could totally make a run for it if she wanted and they might not notice!
Should I just stick her in our bedroom for the days when I'm out and she can be a little drama-dog in there and feel sorry for herself? What would you do?
I only leave them with family usually, and they are 3 hours away. Friends all work/my dogs are pains in the butt so I wouldn't want to burden anyone!! haha. I think putting them i the bedroom will work out ok.. fingers crossed.
) or put up a baby gate if your floor plan allows for it so she can have semi-run of the house without access to the door.
