We buy 1/4 of a cow every year with DH's parents. I generally love it, except I get a ton of these 'Minute Steaks' that I have no idea what to do with. I think they might also be called cube steaks? They're medium-thin, and SOOO chewy.
It seems online the big consensus is to bread and flour, then pan fry. Tried that - needed jaws of life to chew through it.
Any other ideas or tips?
