What did you pack in your bag if you went to a birthing center? After you have the baby you only stay for 4 hours. So I am not really sure what I will and wont need? Can anyone help me please!!!

I packed:
Going home outfits for me and baby
Comfortable labor clothes: nightgown & bathing suit, slippers
Snacks and drinks for labor for me, husband, and doula
Music (not a must but music helps me relax).
Depends and newborn diapers (just a few)
Deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, lip balm (and any other needed toiletries, for instance if you wear contacts, contact solution)
Cell phone, camera, chargers for both
small bottle of olive oil (for back massage, perineal massage, and for the baby)
Car seat
extra pillow
baby blanket
nursing/maternity bra
big granny panties for after delivery
Anything you want to bring to help you during labor
That's all I can think of off of the top of my head. Some of the stuff I didn't end up using because I ended up having to transfer to the hospital.

Does the birthing center provide anything? The list above looks good, but maybe you will need pads and a peri bottle? The hospital provided enough for me to use there, so I didn't bring any (and brought a ton home), but not sure if it's the same where you will be?

@Silva: Yes! I forgot about that. I did pack a peri bottle and pads, too.

@mrsjazz: Thank you, that is very thorough!!!!
@Silva: I will need to ask them what the provide. I was kind of thinking they don't provide anything? But I really haven't asked.

@anonysquire: Ask your midwife next time you see her. Our birth center didn't really provide much of anything besides our room and midwives (and birthing tub). They had a little kitchen and microwave if you wanted to make tea or heat up soup.

@mrsjazz: That is pretty much how ours is set up. Thank you again!

Just curious. How often are patients transferred from the center to a hospital? I know that sadly only happens in serious situations but I would make sure to have a small overnight bag just in case I couldn't be home right away (thinking of a phone charger, boppy pillow, etc).

@T.H.O.U.: Good idea, like a second bag in the car? I remember asking their transfer rate and it was very low. They do a lot more transferring for freaked out moms (could be me) or moms who end up wanting an epidural than for emergencies.

To add to the husband list, a pair of indoor shoes with traction! When I delivered, it was snowy and I made my husband take his shoes off at the hospital room door because I was walking around with no shoes on.
