I needed the CBFM last go around because my cycles were so long I had no idea when my fertile window/O day was... this time around I'm using it again because my cycle length varies by a few days each month!
I've been taking pre-natals (did last time also). EPO & Mucinex this time around, (didn't last time). And I bought pre-seed! (didn't last time!)

Mucinex, Instead Cups, opks, and green tea. My DH hates Pre-Seed. I may buy it as we're entering our 3rd cycle.

I started pre-natals and used preseed a few times... But I don't even think I used preseed for the time we conceived! I also use FF & OPKs.

When ttc my daughter, I used OPKs twice a day, took prenatals, checked CM, and tracked my cycle with FF. Also swear by propping my butt up on pillows after dtd 
I have never heard of using mucinex but that makes sense now that I hear it!

Right now I am taking prenatals, tracking my cycle with FF, but I'm also on meds from my doctor (Metformin, Clomid)

First time I tracked cycles, OPKs, prenatals, vit b, soy isoflavones a couple of months.
This time: OPKs, tracking. I need to get new prenatals, the ones I was taking are upsetting my stomach.

@hellobeeboston: evening primrose oil - I had a bottle from last pregnancy days with A (help with going into labor supposedly) and figured I'd take it because it's good for women's health! 
There's some other things that are supposed to be good about it too while TTC? Mucinex helps with CM? Also had some lying around, so I'm just trying it this cycle! I really haven't noticed much of a change though~ We def like Preseed though!

i used the clearblue ovulation monitor and it showed that i wasn't ovulating.
i also did 2 rounds of clomid + iui and got pregnant on the second round but miscarried.
when i got pregnant with charlie, i happened to be going to see an acupuncturist for my back pain. but she specializes in fertility... i wonder if it helped me get pregnant after 2 miscarriages!

I was taking a cocktail of stuff - prenatal, coQ10, fish oil, probiotic, vitex, plus mucinex around my fertile days. I was going to acupuncture. I was using preseed or conceive plus. Sweetie and I were using menstrual cups post BD and/or when sex wasn't going to happen he gave me a "sample". I charted BBT, used the CBE Advanced opks. I was doing a fertility yoga series. And the circle and bloom guided meditations.
And taking two prescription pain meds around ovulation and during menses so that I could mostly cope with the menstrual pain and keep TTC rather than giving up in misery and getting a new Mirena. Took 7 cycles, and I really hope this sticks, I don't wanna do all of that again anytime soon!

@MrsBrewer: @hellobeeboston: I think green tea also has an effect on mucous (and interestingly enough, I can't drink it for a certain amount of time before allergy testing because it can skew results)
I've done mucinex, instead cups, tracking BBT and mucous, cheap opks and verifying with digitals.

Charted with Fertility Friend -but since the FAM had been our birth control pre-TTC, it was already second nature.
The first month we tried, I used mucinex ( and yes, the right one with only the one active ingredient), but it made me even drier than usual AND caused my ovulation to be delayed by 4 days which threw off our BD... It was a mess!
The second month I bought pre-seed. It's the best lube I've ever used and we got our BFP! I really wish it were cheaper!!

With DS I pulled out all the stops: CBEFM, Pre-seed, DTD everyday during the fertile window, charting/temping, opks...it was crazy making, but it only took one cycle to concieve.
With this one: Digital Opks and timing semed to work just fine and we pregnant on the first try.

I did OPKs, pre-natals, green teat, and pre-seed. It was nice to see when I O-ed, but I was stressing myself out with that so I quit with everything except for the green tea and got my BFP the following month!
I have no idea when I O now since my cycles aren't regular now, so I think I'm just going to aim to DTD every other day for awhile. Going to pick up some green tea soon.

@MrsBrewer: It helps to increase cervical mucus. I always seem to have more of it when I'm drinking green tea during my fertile period. For me, it provides another front of lubrication since we generally avoid outside stuff during the fertile period.

I temp and use opk's. I'm trying the clear blue advanced opk's this month that monitor estrogen and LH. I'm hoping it works better for me. I also do the green tea for CM.
