My eyes got worse so I just got some new glasses. I had been planning on getting some lightweight wireframe glasses because I found a super old pair and were shocked at how light they were! (I was wearing plastic frames). But I fell in love with some cateye plastic frames and ended up getting those instead. Next time I'm in Korea I'm going to stock up -- you can get glasses for $20 there!

Wire framed, never was a fan of plastic. Oddly, the wire frames I like are hard to find nowadays!

@youboots: i ordered sunglasses from bonlook and they just didn't fit my big round face, so i would definitely only try on in person (like warby parker).

Plastic Tiffany's frames - black outside, Tiffany blue inside. I get a lot of compliments on them and really like them - will be getting new specs soon but may just stick with the same frame style if available.
Eta: my sunglasses are plastic Burberry's which I don't love anymore. Looking forward to an update soon.

Black plastic Chanel -- I got them back when we had DH's amazing health insurance, so I paid very little out of pocket for them. That said, I almost always wear contacts.

I have plastic frames. Now that I wear my glasses all the time, they seem more durable. The last 2 pairs I've had have been from a company called Prodesign from Denmark. I have a smaller face, and they fit me better than a lot of the other frames I tried on. They've both lasted really well too.
