I’m trying to get a jump on taking care of my health this upcoming year. We’re done with kids and I stopped taking prenatal vitamins after my youngest stopped nursing, and I don’t really know what to replace it with! I’m in my mid-thirties now so I’m thinking I should probably start a calcium supplement and some sort of multivitamin. But there are too many options. Help! Brands and specific supplement recommendations welcome
ETA: We’re also experimenting with going vegan for family heart health reasons so if anyone has related supplement recommendations that would also be greatly appreciated!
