DS is a pretty good napper and gets a nice "long" stretch in at the beginning of the night, but I am feeling like I will never feel normal again in the sleep dept. His evening sleep is like this: 7-12:30, 1:15-3:30, 5:15-6:30 7-8. So by the time I go to bed around 10/11 I am getting up so soon after and then every couple hours. I thought by now my 13+ lber would be giving us longer stretches.
Should we try to push his bedtime back? How? DS is breastfed with the occasional bottle of pumped milk...should I try tanking him up with a bottle of expressed milk before bed? Is he too young to drop one of those feeds? I want to do what is best for him, but right now I feel like a zombie momma and I could use a better routine
