So my brother in law is getting married in August and his fiancee just asked if I would be in her wedding party! I'm very happy and excited about it, but I'm due in early June and am wondering what size dress to order and also just wondering what the heck my body is going to look like 2 months pp! So I know it differs for everyone, but what was YOUR body like PP? Weight loss wise, boob wise etc., We have to order our dresses by March 1st and I'm feeling lost!

I'm not there yet but I think #1 your boobs will be even bigger than they are now! I keep hearing when you're actually breastfeeding they go up another 1-2 cup sizes from being pregnant.

I was still losing weight, but i had lost about 20lbs already, my tummy wasnt as firm as it is now i had quite a bit of flab at the time

I was still up 2 dress sizes from my normal size and my breasts much larger, but not that much bigger than in late pregnancy. For reference, I gained about 45 lb during pregnancy. I'd say order up and you can always alter down to the appropriate size.
Oh, and i still had a bit of a "pregnant mound" on my belly.

My stomach was still a little doughy and my thighs and hips were (are, ugh) still bigger. I still can't fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans. My boobs get a bit fuller when they're completely engorged but otherwise they're not any bigger.

I weighted less PP 2 months than I did pre-pregnancy, however my body had completely shifted. breast were way larger (due to breast feeding). I could wear my same clothes for the most part, minus my stomach being a little toned due to c-section, I was more self-conscious, and still am.

I think I'm worries about feeling all frumpy and gross, which may just be inevitable. I was in two weddings this fall in my 8th and 9th week and it was terrible self esteem wise. I was in the "I've eaten to many burritos" looking stage and just felt like such a frump!
Maybe I should go with empire waist to avoid as much discomfort as possible?

You may feel frumpy, but once you spanx it up and get your hair and makeup done, i bet you feel pretty darn good

Your boobs will be large and you will probably still have some pooch around your tummy.

At 2 months pp I was wearing two pants size up, and was a cup size bigger. I had to attend a wedding as a guest at that point and bought a new dress/jewelry and felt pretty good getting all dressed up after wearing gym shorts and tshirts for weeks on end!

I still looked 6 months pregnant. My abs separated from swelling so badly at the end that it took forever to start to have a normal shape again. My boobs were also huge and I did not fit into anything pre pregnancy. But I know quite a few ladies who were already back to normal at 2 months pp, so it's really just depends on the person.

Back in my pre preg jeans but with a soft tummy an wider hips. Also bigger boobs.

@knittylady: I'm 7 weeks pp. I was 118 prepregnacy and I'm 5'2. My boobs are up at least 2 cup sizes now my hip bones are about an inch wider and my ribs are wider. My stomach is fleshy but easily contained in a tight tank. I'm at 128 lbs. if I were in your shoes I'd pick a dress that'd hide a tiny tummy flab and order a size up that you can alter down if needed. Also consider access if you're planning on breastfeeding and get to choose your neckline! A

Very round belly still, up 2 band and cup sizes, up a dress size.

Im 7 weeks post partum. I've been in my pre pregnancy clothes by 10 days post partum. All my clothes fit but my tummy is still doughy. You can't work out until you are 6 weeks do its hard to have those abs toned by two months : ) honestly though I feel great and would have no problem being in a wedding right now.

At 6 weeks post partum, I was back to prepregnancy weight, but my pants still didn't fit. I could get every pair up, but not buttoned without rocking some serious muffin top. Boobs were also bigger. At 11 weeks I feel like clothes are finally starting to fit where I can pull it off, but not like prepregnancy.

At 2 months pp, I still had 17 lbs to lose, my boobs were a cup size bigger than they were during pregnancy (2 cup sizes bigger than pre-pregnancy) and I was "soft" everywhere else.

My brother is getting married about 7 weeks after my LO will be here. I ordered my dress one size up and am praying it fits !!!

I was back to normal weight but things in my tummy were a little more lose than they had been.

My boobs were huge--same size as 8 months preg and I have a not huge tummy but definitely had some love handles. The tummy was by no means flat but it looked good wrapped up and under clothes. Not under clothes it was very very very floppy and wrinkly and kind of folded up funny when I sat.
I went to a wedding at 6weeks pp and my poor boobs were busting out. My tummy was obscured by some well placed ruffles.

Glorious in terms of looks. I lost weight while pregnant and at 2 months it was still off. Boobs bigger.
I was randomly weird, though. It is just so impossible to predict. I'd order big and plan to take it in a few weeks prior.

Saggy and large. No pants fit, I was living in sweats.

I've lost 30 of the 38 I put on, but my tummy is seriously puffy and muffin top is huge.

I'm 2 months pp now and am actually under my pre-pregnancy weight by about 5 lbs. Unfortunately, everything has shifted and many of my clothes are now too big on me even though I have more flab than I did before. My boobs are actually not that much bigger (we EBF) and I expected them to be- same cup size as pre-pregnancy.

Not back in normal sizes yet. Boobs went from 32b to 34e and was up at least 2 pants sizes. I gained a normal amount in pregnancy (30 lb) and it took me 16 wks to lose it AND fit back into my clothes.
