    Horses, I was around them every chance I had, my first "job" was mucking stalls!

    I still have my sticker collection, and my Breyer horses. Pogs were huge when I was in middle school but I got rid of them.

    Does anyone remember slap wraps? I had the biggest collection and we can't find it. We're pretty sure that our storage shed was broken into while we were moving and they were in there

    Barbies and books... whatever had words that I could get my hands on. I loved books. I think I read some of the books I had in my own personal library probably over 500 times. I didn't know back then but I had a bad habit of skimming / speed reading so I went through books really, really fast. Related to that, I was really into the American Girl books and eventually saved up half the cost of a doll and got one. As a high schooler I was so afraid they were going to go out of business, and now they've totally exploded!! Makes me so happy.

    Also, my cousins and brother and I were really into this thing we invented called Eraser Wrestling.

    @blackbird: I LOVE Rainbow Bright!

    @mrs.wagon: Eraser Wrestling? Please explain!

    My best friend and I were super into Sylvanians in 6th grade. We were a little embarrassed because we felt like we were too old to play with animal figurines. So we called them "books". We would say, "are you bringing your books over to my house to play today?" Must have sounded like idiots, but we had fun.

    Reading. Just...everything in sight haha. My parents used to have to tell me to, "Put the book AWAY at the dinner table/during church/etc!" They always joked they never expected to have to tell a child they were reading TOO much

    My Little Ponies and Strawberry Shortcake. I definitely read a lot, had a sticker collection, watched all the awesome 80's cartoons, etc., but those were the defining items.
