Your list is almost identical to ours Thanks for reminding me about the Ergo infant insert!

Take away the swing because we already have one, and add in more Circo hoodie towels, and that's about it for differences in our lists!

My SIL is getting us a Rock n' Play and my IL's are getting us a stroller ride along attachment for our stroller, but they aren't necessities to me.

We got the toddler bed and bedding by watching for deals and floor models at Ikea.

We are getting a dresser this week so I can start organizing clothes and get all of our rubbermaid tubs out of C's big boy room.

I had to buy another infant seat and a double stroller too.

Just a double stroller, diapers & some clothes so far!

We bought a double stroller (but after the baby arrived) and a new bed for my toddler.

I might get a new infant seat because I hate ours! You have to loosen the straps from the back. I might spring for the ergo 360 because lo loves facing out. And will probably get a new bed for lo.

Already bought/have:
B-Ready double stroller
Used Dutalier glider from craigslist!
Dresser (using the hubs' old dresser that goes with our bedroom set)
Bouncer seat, swing, bassinet, rock and play, infant bucket carseat, single stroller, jumper, exersaucer, etc. baby carriers and Moby from LO #1
Clothes (we are Team Green again)

Need to buy:
crib
crib mattress
crib sheets
changing pad and pad covers
nursery decor (lamp, decals, rug, curtains maybe? we have white faux wooden blinds so they don't darken the room as much. pictures/wall art)
hamper
clothes hangers
sound machine

I thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiink that about covers it? We have about 4 months to get the rest of our stuff... yikes!

That's about it. We bought neutral everything and we are minimalists in the gear department anyway.
