I would maybe put a yearly budget instead; for me I probably cut my hair twice a year and it's ~$50 so my haircut budget for a year would be $100. Then let's say you'll allow yourself to get mani/pedi once a month during the summer. (May-Sept). $20x5=$100. In the other months let's say you'll get 4 mani's total let's say 4x$10=$40. I don't wax or color my hair. Now we're up to $240. Then let's say round up to $300 for misc beauty/skincare supplies? You probably end up spending at least another $100-$200 throughout the year so I would say $500 a year? Split that by 12 months you get around $40 a month?

I budget $50/month in the beauty/grooming category. This includes husband's stuff (mainly his haircut every 4 weeks).

Eta: I don't dye my hair or do much to it besides getting it cut. I get pedis maybe 3x a year. Maybe a massage once a year. But it does count for any makeup, shampoo, and face products I buy (eye cream, moisturizers, etc).

I'd probably budget about $50 per month. There will be months where I wouldn't spend much or any of it, and that would roll-over into the next month, which would cover the months when I'd spend more than usual (haircut, wax, make up replenishment).

Lol. Oh gosh. For my hair alone I budget 75 a month. For other stuff, like pedis and waxing I would take that out of my spending money, since I don't do it on a regular basis.

Per month would be hard. But this is what i can think off the top of my head:

Every 8 weeks cut and color - $200
Every four weeks Brazilian, eyebrows, and lip - $85
Mani pedi maybe every two weeks - $25

Hair stuff and makeup it would be hard to guess because i'm not sure how quickly i go through it.

I can't do monthly, because so many of those things I only do every3-4 months (like buy makeup or get a haircut). I'd set a budget every year of $500 for myself. This doesn't include the gym or tanning.

I have $60/mo. Which is a haircut/color every other month. Or if I want something else (pedi or products) then I skip another month and do every 3 mo for haircut/color
