I work 20 hrs a week and can set my own schedule. Should I work 2.5 full days? Or 5 half days? Trying to figure out what would be easier with schedule and pumping and all.

That's tough. Is it possible to try both and see which one works better for you?
Having 4.5 days off would be nice but so would only working half the day. I think I would work 2.5 days though.

I'd probably work 2.5 days too. It would scale back on my cost of daycare.

How's your commute? I have a pretty long commute, so I'd do 2.5 days so that I'd only have to drive in 3 days instead of 5. Also, I think having 2 full days off would be really nice.

I think I'd go with the 2.5 full days. I feel like I'd get more done if I had full days off rather than half days!

I was leaning towards 2.5 days. The thought with 5 was trying to avoid having to pump.

I would do the 2.5 full days too. I'd rather have a few full days off with LO than going to work every day.

Full days. Half days don't leave much room for things like doctor's appointments and other time-consuming events/errands.
ETA: Half days may have the effect of making you feel as if you work full time (because you are there 5 days a week).

My inclination would be to do the 2.5 full days to cut down on care costs. Pumping at work isn't too bad. I go out to my car, which isn't ideal, but it works.

I'd go for 2.5 full days because of commute and I rather have full days to do whatever instead of half.

Another vote for 2.5 days....I know that when I go in for only half a day it is much harder to get things done than if I go in for the full day.
