Here's the situation. My nephew is 5 and he had some seizures and had some tests done. There were several serious abnormalities on the tests, but the doctor said that everything was fine. The tests showed a spot on his brain as well as fluid. Bloodwork came back with abnormalities. And his heart was leaking fluid. But the doctor told my sister that all was okay and even wrote that on the files. When she requested copies of his records, he was very reluctant to share them with her.

Now a second doctor is telling my sister that these are all indicative of a bigger problem. She is pursuing treatment with the second doctor, but what would you do in regards to the first doctor? Would you report him? To whom?
