All of DH's siblings are heading to TX for Thanksgiving. (2 hour flight)
I'll be 35 weeks pregnant and have decided 99% not to go. A week with LO and a house full of in-laws would kill me softly I think.
(4 days at home with my family was tough enough!)
I'm making the right choice, right?

I definitely think you made the right choice! A flight at 35 weeks doesn't sound fun either!

@Mrsdaredevil: exactly why I don't want to go! I'm just concerned about my stress level, the full house and possibility of going into labor in flight or in TX!

I think the fact you're 35 weeks is reason enough not to go! I flew at 22 weeks pregnant and was so uncomfortable and had to keep getting up to pee and everyone was staring at my like a walking stereotype. ugh

I definitely think it makes more sense to stay. It seems too late to fly, you'd be uncomfortable, and it doesn't sound like you'd have fun. I am sure your ILs will understand...I hope!

Yeah, I wouldn't fly at 35 weeks ~ so uncomfortable, plus you don't want to risk anything happening!!

@luckypenny: I flew at 22 weeks with DD on my lap. Omg I thought I was going to die.

@chopsuey119: I am glad they will be understanding. Of course they would want you to come but it just doesn't make sense to me.
I have a friend who went into labor at 35 weeks on the 2 hour drive to the next big town from us, and had to turn around and head back to the hospital instead. You just want to avoid the off chance of that...

i went into labor 5 weeks early with olive so definitely right choice! second babies come faster!

I voted that you should stay home because you'll be so far along by then that I think it's too risky. Otherwise, I might say it's one of those things that you just have to suck it up and do sometimes!
