Dh's co worker just had his 6th (!) child, a boy. They sent us something for lo so I want to send them something...but I feel like they must have everything!! They just had their 5th child 1.5 or 2 years ago. Any ideas?

ETA: Sorry, that was rude of me, couldn't help it! In reality I'd do a membership like Mrs. Bee suggested, or maybe a gift card to a nice restaurant or something so the parents can eventually have a date night.

Gift card to a store like Target so they can get necessities, or get them diapers and wipes. You can never have too many of those.

One of my co-workers sent us a packaged honey baked ham meal. It was such a nice treat and the leftovers carried us through for days!

Snarky thoughts aside: Dipers and wipes are a never-ending need. Probably a Target or BRU GC.
ETA: Just read the comments. Maybe a personalized blanket or something for the baby he can use when he gets older? No doubt that kid will wear and use a ton of hand-me-downs, so maybe something with his/her name on it would be nice when he/she gets a little older that it was "just theirs alone". i.e. anything from PBK can be personalized. If it were a girl, we love the personalized jewelry box K got. She will enjoy that as she gets older!

I think a gift card is a nice idea - to a place like Target.
Or, an outfit for the new baby. IDK, I feel like it's always nice for the new baby to have their own new outfit.
New diaper bag for mom stocked with supplies...
A personalized stool or chair with the baby's name on it (damhurst toys)?

Don't forget, by #6, things may have worn out. I know by the time my youngest sister was born (#5), my parents had to buy new blankets,lovely, etc. So, I agree with the gift card, or a basket of some sort. But something to occupy the older ones is a good idea, too!

@hilsy85: You order honeybaked ham from home and it gets delivered. It's sort of like a gift basket. You send a whole ham, some sides, some dessert, some fruits. It's really nice. A step up from a meal, really.
