Sun dried tomato and basil sausage?
DH and I picked up a pack, because it sounded interesting. We're planning on grilling it tomorrow (or cooking it inside, if it rains yet again), but I'm not sure what to serve it with. Any ideas? Have you tried something like this before? I got it from Aldi, if that makes any difference.

Maybe grill some vegetables as well and toss it with pasta, olive oil and Parmesan?

@mrsbookworm: I was thinking grilled onions...that sounds good with parmesan...I have some I can grate fresh!

Yum!!! I love Aldi so much! Maybe with some toasted spaghetti squash? Use that as a "pasta"?

@Dandelion: it's so easy!!! You can even microwave it to cook it!!! Cut in half, procl skin side, drizzle cut side w/ evoo and s&p and bake in oven cut side down till tender! Shred with fork and eat!!! Delish

Mmm I would do the peppers and onions, slice the sausages into thick coins and saute. Sauté some pierogi with it. Then I would have a salad on the side.
I've had them and they're delish. And I've had that exact described meal.

I'd grill or sauté with vegetables and pasta too, with olive oil an garlic and parm. I get a similar one from trader joes and that's my usual go to.

In addition to everyone's elses yummy ideas, I think they would be great on a pizza.

Ok...so the plan is to grill them (weather permitting) and I have tortellini salad and marinated cucumbers. I'm gonna sautee some onions to go along, also.

@cheert16: I really wanted to do the spaghetti squash, but I ruined butternut squash just the other day, so I'm a little wary, I think, lol.
@yoursilverlining: They WOULD be good on pizza! I should really plan to make a homemade pizza some time soon!
