I bought the Trader Joe's frozen seafood paella but it isn't enough for a full meal for both of us. What would you serve with it? Any suggestions would be appreciated! I just can't think of anything at the moment.

My inlaws serve it every Sunday with steamed veg and roast potatoes and peas. With family in Spain they serve it solo, but put out nibbles first.

Is that bad that my first thought was a Vino Verdhe and not a side dish?

Pan con tomate. Toasted bread rubbed with garlic and tomato with olive oil. Maybe some sautéed asparagus with a spicy mayo.
