Soooo...... we haven't even thought to have a list until now. LO is always with a grandparent so they always have our number and obviously know how to call 911 in case of emergency. But hubby just decided to put the doctor's number up. Anyone else we should be adding?

I put our local police and fire department too. I hear that sometimes it's hard to get through to the 911 operator!
I also put a few phone #s of local mommy friends who live near my area. This actually came in handy because one time, my mom had to take my LO to the doctor's office and didn't have a car seat for him. And I couldn't leave work. So she called one of my local mommy friends who was able to let her borrow a car seat. Thank goodness!!

@banana: Thanks for the ideas! We always leave the car with the car seat in it for whoever is babysitting, and take our other car or their car. Luckily they haven't had to use it yet though!

I just looked at our emergency list and forgot to mention a few things (I'm kind of a worry wart so I tend to overplan...lol).
Address: My mom (who watches our son) never gets out address right so I imagine she wouldn't remember it during a state of emergency. So I wrote out address on the contact list just in case. And the closest major intersection (my mom would be clueless about this).
Health Insurance info (policy #/group #, phone #)
AAA info: I have AAA membership so I left the info on the sheet just in case she needs some help with her car.
