Everyone at my school (teachers/parents) wears them and they are cute and all so I thought I'd look into a pair but they cost over $200?! Are they like walking on clouds or something?? Anyone who has them know what the deal is? Is it just a label thing or are they amazing...?

I think it's just a status/logo thing. I bought a pair a few years ago and they were so incredibly uncomfortable I gave them to my mom!

I had some when I worked at a job that required me to be on my feet a lot, but still look professional. They didn't wear out as quickly, so worth the price. I just had one of my interns with a foot .5 size bigger wear them for a day or two to break them in :).
That sounds mean, but this chick only brought heels and begged for my flats by lunch to run errands.

I have about 5 pairs. I think they are pretty comfy. Definitely paying for the name.

Just a label. I have heard from 2 friends and multiple internet people that they are very uncomfortable until you break them in.
If you want comfort, there are other flats that are like walking on clouds!

Just a label. Not very comfy, honestly. But I have bony feet and a large percentage of flats hurt.

I don't think their Reva style is comfy, but their Caroline style is super comfy! I love those and take them everywhere with me. You're paying for the label though, they aren't magical shoes.

I couldn't justify that cost - especially considering how sweaty my feet get in flats! I have heard great things about Tieks though. Still expensive, but supposedly worth it.

I think they're just a status thing. The Revas have been around forever but I think the rounded toe style can look a little dated. They do last longer than Ivanka Trump/Nine West etc, but not if you ever get them wet. If you want fancy flats that do live up to the price, look at a ferragamo outlet. I had a pair last for nearly 4 years of continual wear/lots of city walking--I just re-soled them occasionally.

@fussygal: I loooooooove my Tieks. Totally worth the money. They are insanely comfortable. My TB flats killed my feet. I ended up giving them to a friend. Not worth it in my opinion.

My mom got me a pair, and they were ridiculously uncomfortable... Not to mention they're not my style at all. I gave them back!

I had a pair and thought they weren't worth it and gave them away. I have plenty of other shoes that are actually worth the cost, they also look and feel much nicer.
I also don't like wearing the same thing as everyone else/trendy look how much I paid stuff. I think you can find higher end brands that are worth their value and you won't look like part of the herd.

you are paying a lot for the label/logo, but the shoes actually do last a long time. the reva flats are not comfy for me because i have bunions (bony protrusion under your big toe) and it rubs right on it. however, i have two pairs of her wedges and they are comfyyyyyy. and last a long long time.

It's just the label, I have a pair of the Reva flats and I will only wear them if I will not be walking a lot, it kills the top part of my feet where the logo is.

Mine are pretty comfortable after I broke them in. Mine have lasted a long time with pretty much daily use, though I don't wear them for really long periods of time.

No clue on that one. They're cute, but my feet are so flat and wide that it wouldn't be worth it to me. I'm loyal to my Crocs flats.

Anything with a giant symbol on it like that is just a label. I'm not a fan. And I love comfy shoes

I love them! I find them super comfy and they are the perfect shape--they expose EXACTLY the right amount of the top of your foot, whereas some flats expose way too much toe cleavage. I have two pairs and would love more.
They also have some styles that don't have the big metal circle on it if that's not your style.

I find mine comfy? I got them at the outlet so they were a little cheaper. Cole Haan has nice comfy flats too!

I have a pair that I got at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale a few years back that I love. The logo is much smaller and the toe is more square. They are super comfortable and I've already had them fixed up by my shoe guy to extend their life. I don't like the popular TB style, the disc pinched my skin.
If you want to walk on pillows check out AGL flats, ah-mazing.
I only wear flats, and combined I spend about $400 on them 3 years ago, they are my primary shoes that I wear about 75-100 days a year each. For me they were a great investment. In the past I would buy multiple pairs of shoes looking for the perfect one, just like jeans. Now I splurge and enjoy items that last for years.

I prefer their heels and wedges than flats because theyre comfy from the start. You def pay for the label but I think it's also quality. My tb shoes have lasted four to five years of regular wear!
