I went 8 hours when lo was 6 weeks old because I was working for the kids adventure day at church and I had to leave her at home. It was soooooooo painful and (perhaps tmi) when I took my bra off I accidently put pressure on my boob and milk sprayed everywhere! lol

It gets easier. I went 8 hours the other day and I wasn't uncomfortable at all.
I remember going just a couple hours in the early months and being so hard it hurt.

Probably 8 hours when LO started sleeping in longer stretches. It hurt really bad and I woke up super engorged but now my supply has adjusted so it's not that bad anymore.

I think 6 hrs has been my longest stretch, when both of us (me and DS) zonked out. I woke up because one of our cats stepped on my boob. They were so engorged they were almost up to my chin and hard as rocks. I put DS on one side and pumped the other.

I can go overnight (9-10 hours) and during the day usually 6-8 if I'm away from her without getting uncomfortable.

11-12 hours, overnight. It's not as bad as it used to be, but my boobs are still a bit sore in the morning, and she's been sleeping that long at night for months...

My LO is 4 months old. He still nurses every 2 hours with one 4-5 hour stretch at night. That night stretch is the longest I can go. If I go to 3 hours during the day I get engorged.

DD has stayed overnight with my mom twice so I went 8 hours between pumping sessions, but during the day the most I've gone is 4 hours when DH and I went to see Batman.

I pump before bed around 10 and then don't do anything until she wakes up between 4 and 6.

I agree it totally depends on how old LO is! I remember that going 3-4 hours would kill me!
Now I don't pump at work or overnight, so basically we nurse at 6 am and 6 pm!

I go 11ish hours overnight, and I definitely wake up super engorged. But it's better than when she was tiny and I would be dying after 4 or 5 hours!

13 hours... but that's only when she was older and sleeping better through the night. Still hurt though!
